The Celtic Healthy Action Team (C.H.A.T) had paired with St. John's Ambulance to alleviate some post exam stresses of the Bishop Ryan student body. Therapy dogs were brought in, ranging from small pups to larger dogs. The students excitedly crowded around the gym C doors, excitedly pressing their faces against the glass as they waited for their turn to give some hugs to these loveable animals. "It was great," Celtic Healthy Action Rep, Ellaraye Tobias recalled. "People were lined up outside the doors on all lunches. Some even came back around for a second go."
This was the first time Bishop Ryan has tackled a project like this, and it's safe to say that it was a success. There is more hope for more of these events, as it was such a big hit the first time around!
