Bishop Ryan Vaccine Clinic Change

Bishop Ryan students, this is an important message brought to you by your school’s Public Health Nurse.

By law, those who attend school must have an up-to-date vaccine record (or valid exemption) on file with their local public health unit. Students can be suspended from school if this record is not up-to-date.

If your record is not up-to-date, you may have received a letter at home, listing the missing vaccines. A vaccine catch-up clinic was scheduled to take place at Bishop Ryan on Tuesday, February 4th. Since the students will not be attending school on this date, this clinic will now take place on the same day (Tues Feb 4th) at Winterberry Heights Church from 9:00-3:30. In order to avoid the suspension date of February 27th, please consider attending this clinic, or making arrangements to visit your family doctor or health care provider to get any missing vaccines, so they can be reported to public health.
