Bishop Ryan Catholic Secondary School

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Bishop Ryan teacher Tamara Holadyk. Tamara was a beloved member of our Bishop Ryan community and her loss will be sorely felt by our Bishop Ryan family.

Yearbook distribution day is scheduled for May 28th during periods 2, 3, and 4 in Gym C.

The 31st Annual Parent Conference is hosted by the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board to support parents/guardians in their roles as primary educators of their child(ren).

Catholic School Council is an opportunity for parent/guardians to be involved in their child's education in a unique way! The Catholic School Council (formerly Parent Council) is comprised of parent/guardians, teaching and non-teaching staff members, a student representative, and community partners.

The first day of school is on Tuesday, September 5 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Be prepared for a full uniform, regular bell schedule day. We are excited for your return and have been eagerly preparing the school in anticipation of your arrival.

Medical Conditions – Anaphylaxis To promote the safety and well being of students with prevalent medical conditions – Anaphylaxis – parents and/or guardians are encouraged to confirm annually to the Principal or Principals’ designate the student’s medical status by completing and submitting appropriate forms.
